We have had a few excellent experiences with Urgent Care at Lake and the staff are patient, caring, knowledgeable and even cheerful despite how insanely busy and overwhelmed they have been with Covid patients. I so appreciate their attention and availability of Covid early treatments, their knowledge of the preventative supplement regime, and their accessibility. In years past we have visited them for childhood illness issues and most recently, kids now grown, for Covid. We live in Palmer but prefer to drive to Wasilla in order to go to Lake Lucille. I highly recommend!
This Urgent Care is open 365 and my family has received exemplary care here time and again. They follow up, respond to requests promptly and care for the people in our community so well.
Excellent care!!! Dr. Packer is professional, through & pays attention to every detail. He also treats you individually to YOUR symptoms. He is prompt & timely. He listens & is a Very educated man. He was also VERY informative to me as a patient. I recommend Dr. Packer to anyone in need of a Dr. Dr. Packer goes far above and beyond his duties as a Dr. for his patient's.
